TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to any mandatory arbitration requirements under applicable law, the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Indiashall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vaachas and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

Your access to the Service is subject to plan-based rate limits and fair use. For the Free plan, the default limits are 60 requests per minute, 120 requests per minute burst, and a 50,000 requests per day cap. We may update these limits with reasonable notice. You agree not to attempt to circumvent or disable rate limiting.
You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you are not on any restricted party list. You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws in connection with your use of the Service.
Unauthorized penetration testing or attempts to disrupt the Service are prohibited. If you wish to report a vulnerability, contact security@vaachas.com. Acting in good faith within a reasonable scope helps us address issues quickly; we do not pursue legal action against researchers who adhere to responsible disclosure and avoid accessing or exfiltrating other users’ data.
