Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Vaachas is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform billed on a subscription basis. This policy describes how cancellations and refunds are handled for subscriptions purchased via vaachas.com.

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. You will continue to have access to the service until the period ends.

If you require immediate cancellation for security or compliance reasons, please contact support@vaachas.com and we will assist as soon as possible.

2. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non‑refundable. However, we will review and may approve refunds in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a processing error
  • Accidental purchase of the same plan on the same account
  • Fraudulent transactions not authorized by the account owner
  • Where required by applicable law

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge. We may request additional information to investigate and process the request. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Partial Periods and Credits

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused features, or periods of inactivity. In our discretion, we may provide account credits for service issues; any such credits do not constitute a commitment and may be subject to additional terms.

4. Trials and Promotions

If your plan includes a free trial, you will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms disclosed at sign‑up.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact billing@vaachas.com before initiating a chargeback. We can resolve most billing issues quickly.
